Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend together 1 cup of full-fat Greek yogurt, ¼ cup of powdered peanut butter, ¼ cup of creamy peanut butter, and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup until smooth.
- Line a plate or baking tray with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Using a small ice cream scoop or two tablespoons, portion out the yogurt mixture onto the parchment-lined surface.
- Freeze the bites for about 15-20 minutes, or until they’re solid to the touch.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine ½ cup of chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Microwave until melted and smooth.
- Dip each frozen yogurt bite in the melted chocolate mixture and let the excess drip off.
- Sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt on top of each coated bite while the chocolate is still wet.
- Return the coated yogurt bites to the freezer for an additional 30-60 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.
