Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts.
Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
In a small saucepan, combine honey and chipotle sauce over low heat. Stir until warmed and well combined.
Slice the grilled chicken and drizzle the honey chipotle sauce over the top.
To assemble the bowls, divide the cooked brown rice among four bowls. Top each with black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, sliced avocado, and grilled chicken.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.
