  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and thyme until well combined.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a large baking dish and pour the honey Dijon mixture over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is golden brown. The internal temperature should reach 165°F.
