  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place the marinated chicken thighs in a baking dish, pouring any remaining marinade over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
