  4. Carefully fold the spice mixture into the nuts, mixing until every nut is generously coated.
  5. Spread the coated nuts evenly onto the prepared baking sheets in a single layer.
  6. Bake your nuts in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Stir and switch the positions of the baking sheets, return for another 10 minutes.
