Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Blueberry Balsamic Thyme Sauce by combining fresh blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, and thyme in a saucepan. Heat over medium until the mixture begins to bubble, then simmer for 15 minutes until thickened. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Make the Basil Garlic Aioli by blending mayonnaise, fresh basil, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  3. Cook the Burger Patties by seasoning them and grilling for about 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness. Add cheese during the last minute to melt.
