Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 13" x 9" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Tear croissants into thirds and arrange in the baking dish. Dot with chunks of butter.
  3. Bake croissants for 6-8 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk and eggs, then add cheese, spinach, sage, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants and press down gently.
  6. Layer ham on top and sprinkle remaining cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  8. Bake covered for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for additional 20-25 minutes.
