Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 13" x 9" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Tear croissants into thirds and arrange in the baking dish. Dot with chunks of butter.
- Bake croissants for 6-8 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk and eggs, then add cheese, spinach, sage, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissants and press down gently.
- Layer ham on top and sprinkle remaining cheese.
- Cover with foil and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Bake covered for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for additional 20-25 minutes.
