Preparation
  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add chicken and sear for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  4. Toast the bolillo rolls in the prepared oven for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, hot sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl to create the sauce.
  6. Spread the zesty sauce on the bottom half of each bolillo roll and layer with chicken, veggies.
  7. Top with the other half of the roll, slice if desired, and serve immediately.
