- Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C for fan ovens) and grease a baking tin with sunflower oil. Place the oiled tin in the oven for about 5 minutes.

- Once your tin is hot, add the uncooked cocktail sausages and roast for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway for even browning.

- Prepare the honey mustard glaze by combining runny honey and Dijon mustard in a mixing bowl, then mix thoroughly.

- Transfer roasted sausages to paper towels to drain excess oil, and return them back into the tin.

- Pour the honey-mustard mixture over the sausages, ensuring each is well coated, and roast for an additional 5 minutes.

- Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing mayonnaise with your preferred mustard in a small bowl until well combined.

- Remove the glazed sausages from the oven and serve warm, garnished with white sesame seeds alongside the mustard mayo dip.
