  • 2 large Large Eggs Essential for binding
  • 1 cups All-Purpose Flour
For the Cheesecake Layer
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened for easy mixing
  • 0.25 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 large Large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips Can swap for white chocolate chips

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter, then mix with sugar, vanilla, cocoa, salt, food coloring, vinegar, and eggs. Fold in flour.
  3. Reserve 4 tablespoons of the brownie batter for later.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the baking pan, smoothing it evenly.
  5. Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth for the cheesecake layer.
  6. Dollop the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter, then add reserved brownie batter in dollops.
  7. Use a knife to swirl the cheesecake and brownie layers together.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  9. Cool the brownies in the pan on a wire rack before slicing.
