- Begin by removing the refrigerated pie crusts from their packaging and let soften for 10-15 minutes.
- Use a 3-inch cookie cutter to cut out circles from the dough.
- Combine chopped chocolate bars, miniature marshmallows, and half of the crushed graham crackers in a mixing bowl.
- Take one dough circle and spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of filling onto its center.
- Moisten the edges of the circle with water, place a second dough circle on top and press down to seal.
- Brush the tops with melted salted butter and sprinkle the remaining crushed graham crackers on top.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F and spray the basket with cooking oil.
- Air fry for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and filling begins to ooze slightly.
