Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken with smoked paprika, seasoning salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear chicken skin-side down for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onions in butter for 8-10 minutes, then add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
