- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season lightly with black pepper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, and honey. Incorporate garlic powder and paprika.
- Brush half of the glaze over each salmon fillet.
- Place the glazed salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes.
- After 8 minutes, remove from the oven and apply the remaining glaze, then bake for another 8-10 minutes.
- Let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
