Prepare Sun-Dried Tomato Aioli
- Combine 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and 1 minced garlic clove in a mason jar. Blend until smooth.
Toast the Bread
- Preheat toaster or oven to 350°F (175°C). Toast 4 slices of sourdough bread for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
Assemble the Layers
- Spread sun-dried tomato aioli on one side of each toasted sourdough slice.
Add the Turkey and Bacon
- On two slices, layer 3 slices of turkey and 3 bacon strips.
Stack with Vegetables
- Add romaine lettuce and avocado slices on top of the bacon.
Complete the Sandwich
- Place the second slice of aioli-covered bread on top and cut diagonally in half.
Serve and Enjoy
- Plate the sandwich alongside chips or a small side salad.
