Slice the ciabatta loaf in half horizontally.
Spread the pesto sauce evenly on both cut sides of the bread.
Layer the salami, ham, provolone cheese, roasted red peppers, and spinach on the bottom half of the ciabatta.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the layers.
Place the top half of the ciabatta on the sandwich.
Brush the outside of the sandwich with olive oil.
Wrap the sandwich tightly in aluminum foil.
Place a heavy skillet or a baking sheet on top of the wrapped sandwich to press it down.
Heat on a skillet over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
Remove from heat, unwrap, and slice into individual servings.
