Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, beaten egg, panko breadcrumbs, chopped fresh basil, Dijon mustard, Italian seasoning, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, then form into 16 meatballs.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and sear for about 5 minutes until browned on all sides.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and pour pasta sauce over meatballs. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Remove lid and add torn burrata cheese on top of the meatballs. Stir gently and cook uncovered for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
  5. Serve meatballs over pasta or zucchini noodles, garnished with fresh basil and red pepper flakes.
