- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to create the perfect environment for roasting.
- Line your rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the raw pecans, almonds, and walnuts in an even layer.
- In a mixing bowl, melt the unsalted butter and whisk in the pure maple syrup, cayenne pepper, salt, and 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh rosemary.
- Pour the butter and maple mixture over the nuts and gently toss to coat them evenly.
