Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to create the perfect environment for roasting.
  2. Line your rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the raw pecans, almonds, and walnuts in an even layer.
  3. In a mixing bowl, melt the unsalted butter and whisk in the pure maple syrup, cayenne pepper, salt, and 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh rosemary.
  4. Pour the butter and maple mixture over the nuts and gently toss to coat them evenly.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes. Stir and return to the oven for an additional 5–10 minutes.
  6. Once roasted, toss the nuts with remaining chopped rosemary and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
