In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
Add the egg to the mixture and mix until everything is evenly incorporated.
Form the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter. You should get around 8 patties.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
