Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by laying out four slices of thick sourdough bread on a clean surface.
  2. Generously spread about half a tablespoon of honey mustard on the top side of each slice.
  3. Layer half slices of white cheddar cheese over each bread slice, followed by a generous portion of deli turkey.
  4. Add juicy tomato slices and a handful of fresh baby spinach on top of the turkey.
  5. Sprinkle crispy cooked bacon on top of the spinach, then place the remaining slices of cheddar cheese over each sandwich.
  6. Spread a light layer of butter on the outside of each sandwich.
  7. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and toast the sandwiches for about 3-4 minutes per side.
  8. Once toasted, remove from the skillet, allow to cool slightly, slice in half, and serve warm.
