  • 1 cup Quick-Pickled Cucumbers or thinly sliced red onion or jalapeños
For the Garlic Aioli
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or vegan mayo for dairy-free option
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced) adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard mustard powder can be used as alternative
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice or lime juice as an alternative

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, gently combine the ground beef, sea salt, and black pepper until just combined to maintain tenderness. Form into ½-inch thick patties.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until smooth. Season the mixture and refrigerate.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, topping with cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Slice and lightly toast the mini brioche buns in the skillet for about 30 seconds until golden.
  5. Assemble sliders by spreading garlic aioli, adding lettuce, a patty, pickled cucumbers, and topping with the bun.
  6. Serve immediately with sides like sweet potato fries or quinoa salad.
