Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken breasts, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, parsley, kosher salt, and black pepper. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Thread 8 to 9 pieces of chicken onto each skewer.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F). Grill skewers for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove skewers from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes. Serve with tzatziki sauce.
