Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then sauté the diced onion and chopped bell peppers for about 5-6 minutes. Add minced garlic in the last 30 seconds.
  3. Increase heat, add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 7-8 minutes.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and cook for another minute.
  5. Reduce heat to low, add cream cheese, and stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish evenly.
  7. Layer sliced provolone and shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
