Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. Add ground beef to the pot, cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Stir in Italian herbs and tomato paste.
  3. Pour in crushed tomatoes and chicken stock, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper, then add short pasta.
  4. Bring to a simmer, cook for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently until pasta is al dente.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, simmer for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, serve with parmesan cheese and parsley on top.
