- In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and instant yeast. Allow this mixture to sit for about 5 minutes, until foamy.

- Coat the kneaded dough with olive oil, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm spot for 1 to 1.5 hours, until doubled in size.
