  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs Regular breadcrumbs can be substituted
  • 2 large Eggs Can substitute with flax egg or yogurt
For Flavoring
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning Feel free to use fresh herbs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to taste

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Or butter for enhanced crispiness

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Dip each pork chop into the egg wash, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Arrange the coated chops in the greased baking dish and drizzle with olive oil or melted butter.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Broil for 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness if desired.
  7. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
