- On medium-high heat, warm 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large cast-iron skillet until shimmering.
- Add 2 cloves of minced garlic to the hot skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Introduce 1 pound of ground beef into the skillet, using a spatula to break it apart as it cooks.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the cooked ground beef. Add the sliced green onions and stir well to incorporate, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from the heat, and serve your Quick Korean Beef Bowls immediately, garnishing with extra green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
