Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the large eggs, ricotta cheese, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. Take your silicone molds and place them in a baking pan.
  4. Carefully pour the egg mixture into the prepared silicone molds, filling each one about three-quarters full.
  5. Create a water bath by pouring hot water into the baking pan until it reaches halfway up the sides of the silicone molds.
  6. Place the baking pan with the filled molds into the preheated oven. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
  7. Once baked, let the Quick Ricotta Egg Bites cool for a few minutes before removing from molds.
