Cooking Steps
- Prepare the ramen noodles according to package instructions, usually taking about 3-5 minutes. Drain them well and reserve one cup of cooking water.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sriracha, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the sliced chicken, season with pepper, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Add the sliced red bell pepper to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened. Then add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Mix in the shredded napa cabbage and cook until wilted, approximately 2 minutes.
- Add the drained ramen noodles and prepared sauce to the skillet. Mix thoroughly, adjusting consistency with reserved cooking water if needed. Cook together for an additional minute.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
