Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Prepare the ramen noodles according to package instructions, usually taking about 3-5 minutes. Drain them well and reserve one cup of cooking water.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sriracha, and sesame oil. Set aside.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the sliced chicken, season with pepper, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Add the sliced red bell pepper to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened. Then add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Mix in the shredded napa cabbage and cook until wilted, approximately 2 minutes.
  6. Add the drained ramen noodles and prepared sauce to the skillet. Mix thoroughly, adjusting consistency with reserved cooking water if needed. Cook together for an additional minute.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
