  • 2 pounds bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 packet 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the olive oil to the bowl and mix until a paste forms.
  4. Coat each chicken thigh with the seasoning mixture, ensuring they are well covered.
  5. Place the seasoned chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin side up.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
