Arrange the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and banana on top of the cream cheese layer in a decorative pattern. If desired, sprinkle shredded coconut over the fruit.
Chill the fruit pizza in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
