Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a medium saucepan. Add 4 green tea bags and steep for 2-3 minutes. Remove and discard the tea bags.
  2. Stir in 1/4 cup of honey into the warm tea until dissolved. Substitute with agave syrup or stevia if desired.
  3. Chill the sweetened tea in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Rinse and slice your chosen fresh fruits into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Fill glasses halfway with the chilled green tea and add the sliced fruits.
  6. Top off each glass with sparkling water. Pour slowly to prevent overflow.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
