Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl or jar, combine olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and white wine vinegar. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Whisk vigorously for about 30 seconds until well combined and emulsified. Set aside.
  2. Finely chop fresh strawberries and Persian cucumbers. Aim for bite-sized pieces and transfer them to a large serving bowl.
  3. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese, fresh basil leaves, and fresh mint leaves into the bowl, then gently toss together.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss until the salad is well-coated with the dressing.
