Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, brown sugar, honey, and egg yolks until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  3. Pour custard filling into the cooled crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly wobbly.
  4. Cool pie at room temperature for 1 hour, then sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
