  • 16 oz White Button Mushrooms Can substitute with cremini, portobello, or shiitake
For the Cowboy Butter
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter Rich base for the dish
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Can substitute with fresh minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Can replace with thyme or rosemary
  • 1 tsp Paprika Smoked paprika can add extra depth
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Can substitute with lime
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste

Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by heating a large skillet over medium heat. Add the Cowboy Butter and allow it to melt fully, stirring occasionally for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. While the butter is melting, clean and trim the white button mushrooms. Once the butter is melted, carefully add the cleaned mushrooms to the skillet.
  3. Cook the mushrooms over medium heat for 20-22 minutes, stirring occasionally until they turn golden brown.
  4. Once the Cowboy Mushrooms are cooked, remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
