While the beef is cooking, prepare the salad bowls by dividing the mixed greens among four bowls.
Top each bowl with an equal amount of cooked ground beef, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, shredded cheddar cheese, and pickles.
Drizzle ketchup and mustard over each bowl to taste. Serve immediately.
