Cooking Steps
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add a splash of oil and cook seasoned chicken strips for about 5–7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened.
- Remove from heat and stir in ranch dressing, shredded cheese, and optional cooked rice until well combined.
- Spoon filling onto the center of a tortilla, fold sides, and roll tightly to create burritos.
- Wipe the skillet clean, heat over medium-low, and cook burritos seam-side down for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
