  • 1 cup red grapes halved; green grapes can be substituted
  • 1/4 cup green onions diced; can be replaced with shallots or red onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds substitute with walnuts or pecans if desired
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be used for a lighter option
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice adds brightness and acidity
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder adjust based on spice preference
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper adjust to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather your ingredients: chopped cooked chicken, halved red grapes, diced green onions, and sliced almonds. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken and grape mixture. Fold together gently until coated.
