Cooking Instructions
  1. Boil the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil, add pasta, and cook until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain, reserving a cup of cooking water.
  2. Sauté the Garlic: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
  3. Create the Creamy Sauce: Pour in heavy cream, stir in sautéed garlic, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Whisk in Parmesan until melted.
  4. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat. Use reserved pasta water if sauce is too thick.
  5. Season and Serve: Sprinkle with black pepper and parsley. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan.
