- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the refrigerated crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
- At the wide end of each triangle, place 3–4 pepperoni slices followed by mozzarella cheese.
- Roll each triangle tightly toward the tip, making sure the filling is enclosed.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the rolls cool for a few minutes and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
