  1. Begin by coating the boneless pork loin chops in a mixture of all-purpose flour, seasoned salt, ground black pepper, and optional cayenne pepper. Sear in a skillet with vegetable oil and butter for about 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté sliced onions over medium heat until caramelized, about 7–10 minutes. Mix in cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
  3. Transfer the seared pork chops to your slow cooker and pour the onion gravy mixture over them. Add fresh thyme sprigs and set to low for 3 hours.
