Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Stuffed Green Peppers
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the diced onion for about 3-4 minutes until soft.
