Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 16-20 large shrimp Large shrimp opt for the freshest shrimp
For the Stuffing
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs use seasoned breadcrumbs for extra flavor
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh herbs parsley and thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted; can substitute with olive oil
For the Topping
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest for added brightness
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika for color and flavor

Method
 

Prep and Cook
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails on.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Parmesan, and fresh herbs. Melt butter and mix into the breadcrumb mixture until moist.
  3. Make an incision on the back of each shrimp and stuff with the mixture. Arrange in a greased baking dish.
  4. Zest a lemon over the stuffed shrimp, sprinkle with paprika, and drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, and serve garnished with additional lemon zest or herbs.
