Prep and Cook
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails on.
- In a medium bowl, combine breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Parmesan, and fresh herbs. Melt butter and mix into the breadcrumb mixture until moist.
- Make an incision on the back of each shrimp and stuff with the mixture. Arrange in a greased baking dish.
- Zest a lemon over the stuffed shrimp, sprinkle with paprika, and drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, and serve garnished with additional lemon zest or herbs.
