- In a mortar and pestle, finely pound the cilantro roots, garlic, and white pepper until it forms a smooth paste.
- In a mixing bowl, combine this paste with thin soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, granulated sugar, palm sugar, and whole milk. Stir well.
- Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces, and add to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Soak the bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Thread the marinated pork onto the soaked skewers, packing them closely together.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat, approximately 350°F (175°C). Lightly oil the grill grates.
- Grill the skewers for about 5 minutes on each side, turning until perfectly charred.
