Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon capers drained and chopped (optional)
  • Vegetable sticks crackers, or bagel chips for serving

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the chopped smoked salmon, dill, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and capers (if using) to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve with vegetable sticks, crackers, or bagel chips.
