  • 1/4 cup Black Sphere Sprinkles for eyes

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Cupcake pan
  • Piping Bag

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the cupcake ingredients and mix until smooth. Add a drop or two of sky blue gel coloring, stirring gently until evenly tinted.
  2. Line a cupcake pan with paper liners and evenly divide the blue batter among the cups, filling each about two-thirds full. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  3. Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack for about 10 minutes, then take them out of the pan and allow to cool completely.
  4. Using a piping bag fitted with a Wilton 1A tip, pipe a generous dollop of white vanilla buttercream on top of each cooled cupcake.
  5. Gently roll the tops in a bowl of winter-themed sprinkles to add texture and holiday charm.
  6. Pipe additional buttercream on top to create a snowman shape. Use a palette knife to shape if desired.
  7. Add facial features with black sphere sprinkles for eyes and a carrot sprinkle for the nose. Create accessories with additional sprinkles if desired.
  8. Let the cupcakes set for a few moments before serving, ensuring all decorations stay in place.
