  • 1 lb chicken breast sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
For the Garlic Sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup soy sauce gluten-free if desired
  • 2 tbsp chili paste adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of water and cook the noodles according to package instructions for about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat until it shimmers.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant and golden.
  4. Add sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Toss in broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and chili paste, stirring well for about 1-2 minutes.
  7. Add drained noodles to the skillet and toss everything together for about 2-3 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions.
