  • 1 head broccoli

  • 4 servings cooked rice jasmine or basmati

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside. Chop onion, garlic, ginger, bell peppers, and broccoli.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a wok, then brown the lean beef mince for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and ginger to the wok, sautéing for 30-60 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in chopped onion and broccoli, and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender yet crunchy.
  5. Add bell peppers and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Pour the sauce over the meat and vegetables, mix well, and let bubble for 1-2 minutes to thicken.
  7. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
