Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine pure maple syrup, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, minced garlic, fresh rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
  3. Pat the bone-in pork chops dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops, searing for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Pour the glaze over the seared pork chops, then add chicken broth around the chops in the skillet.
  6. Transfer the skillet to your preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and rosemary.
