Method
 

Cooking Instructions

  4. Brush each pork chop with olive oil and press into the cheese mixture.
  5. Arrange the coated pork chops on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, checking for a golden brown crust and an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
