- Season the boneless pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Sauté sliced onions and minced garlic in the same skillet for about 3-4 minutes until soft and translucent.
- Combine cream of mushroom soup, cream of onion soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and dried thyme in a separate bowl and stir until smooth.
