Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Season the boneless pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Sauté sliced onions and minced garlic in the same skillet for about 3-4 minutes until soft and translucent.
  4. Combine cream of mushroom soup, cream of onion soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and dried thyme in a separate bowl and stir until smooth.
  5. Place seared pork chops in the crock pot, pour the creamy sauce over them, and top with sautéed onions and garlic.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Once cooked, gently stir the sauce and serve the pork chops over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
